Methodology
- Universe: corporate filers in the UK IPO and USPTO registers (individual bulk-filers are excluded from the flagship index).
- Ranking metric: distinct trademark applications filed in the trailing 365 days, recomputed from official register feeds.
- Status counts come from register state (UK) and lifecycle dates (US): registered, dead/refused/abandoned/cancelled, and pending.
- The global table merges UK and US activity per filer (normalised legal names).
- Official launch day (“Day 0”) is 18 June 2026. Tracked-event counters and promotions/demotions accrue from launch. Methodology is versioned; changes are announced, never silent.

The Trademark 100 is a daily ranking of the most prolific corporate trademark filers across the UK and US, based on distinct trademark applications filed in the trailing 365 days, computed from official UK IPO and USPTO register data and updated daily by Trademark Dashboard. As of 2026-09-10, the most prolific filers are Light & Wonder, Inc. (536 filings), Glaxo Group Limited (522) and Games Global USA Inc. (443).
