Trademark Dashboard is operated by Decentralised Finance Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16838716). Registered address: Moxon House, Moxon Street, London, W1U 4EY.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to consumers. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. The service

Trademark Dashboard provides trademark search, analysis, and clearance tools. Our services include:

• Free search tools: searching the UK IPO trademark register, Nice classification lookup, cost calculators, and strength scorers.
• AI clearance reports: AI-generated similarity analysis, phonetic matching, and risk assessments available as one-off purchases or included with subscription plans.
• Monitoring services: alerts when similar trademarks are filed (available with paid plans).

3. Not legal advice

Our tools are designed to help you research trademarks and make informed decisions. However:

• Search results and automated analysis are not a substitute for professional legal advice.
• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of search results. Trademark databases are updated periodically and may not reflect the most recent filings.
• AI-generated similarity scores and risk assessments are indicative only. A qualified trademark attorney should review any results before you make filing or business decisions.
• We do not file trademark applications on your behalf and are not responsible for the outcome of any application.

4. Data accuracy

Trademark Dashboard uses data from official sources including the UK Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO, and the USPTO. UK register data is Crown copyright and used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. United States trademark records are derived from the USPTO public register and related bulk data products; the USPTO is the authoritative source and does not sponsor or endorse this service. EU data, where available, is subject to EUIPO terms of use.

While we take reasonable steps to keep our data current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, up-to-date, or error-free. Official registers should be consulted for definitive data.

5. Free services

Basic search and analysis tools are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Limit the number of free searches per user, per day
• Require email registration after a reasonable number of anonymous searches
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue free features at any time with reasonable notice

6. Paid services and refunds

Clearance reports and subscription plans are available for purchase. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings with immediate effect at the end of the current billing period.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content purchases. However, by purchasing a report, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you consent to losing your right to cancel once the report has been generated.

If a report cannot be generated due to a technical error on our part, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or bulk-download data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained from our platform without permission
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Trademark Dashboard platform, including its design, code, AI models, and original content, is owned by Decentralised Finance Software Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Trademark data sourced from public registers (UK IPO, EUIPO, USPTO) is used in accordance with the licences or statutory terms that apply to each source, as described in section 4. You may use search results for your own research and business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100, whichever is greater).
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by our tools, including trademark filing decisions, business naming decisions, or any failure to protect intellectual property.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of Trademark Dashboard is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
