Cider. In pursuance of an application received on the 10th January, 1973, this trade mark is hereby altered under section 35 of the Trade Mark Act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 10th January, 1973. Pursuant to a decision made on 30th April, 1973, by the assistant registrar acting for the registrar, and in the matter of an application under section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938 by R.N. Coate & Company Limited, the register was, on the 11th May, 1973, rectified by the removal of the condition of registration at present entered in respect of trade mark no. 826,717, namely, it is a condition of registration that the mark shall be used only in relation to goods made in Somerset from Somerset grown apples. This Trade Mark is hereby altered under section 35 of the trade mark act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 16th July, 1973. Pursuant to a decision made on 2 August 1977 by a Hearing Officer acting for the Registrar and in the matter of an application under Section 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1938, by R.N. coate & Company Limited, the Register was on 10th November 1977 rectified by the removal of the variation clause at present entered in respect of trade mark no. 826717, namely, the use in relation to cider other than still cider, the mark will be varied by the substitution of the name of such cider for the word still. this Trade Mark is hereby altered under Section 35 of the Trade Mark Act, 1938. Representations of the Mark as altered were deposited on the 27th June 1977 in use in relation to cider other than still cider, the mark will be varied by the substitution of the name of such cider for the word still.
