The trademark consists of a fanciful design consists of four stylised hearts, which are not joined together and are arranged with their respective points directed towards one centre, in order to resemble leaves which together form a four-leaf clover. Two of these four hearts, positioned obliquely to one another, have an enlarged outline. This enlarged outline extends beyond the point of the heart of which it forms a part, to a segment which continues for almost the entire length of the heart beneath, without touching it, and ends with a dot. The two segments in question run in the space left between the four hearts, are parallel to one another and inverted with respect to one another. Each stylised heart having a segment and dot alternates with a stylised heart. The trademark is also composed of the words "BOMBONIERE ROSAMILIA". Both of the words are written from left to right. The word "BOMBONIERE" is represented in stylised, block capital letters and is written on a line above the aforesaid design in an arc shape. The word "ROSAMILIA" is written on a line below the aforesaid design and is represented in stylised letters, which are lower-case except for the first letter "R". This "R" is in fact represented by a stylised capital letter and is drawn so as to evoke the image of a stylised bride. The finishing stroke at the head of the stem continues straight on to the external left-hand side of the letter itself and finishes in half a curl which brings to mind the image of a veil covering the face of a bride. The straight tail of the "R" continues to the lower right beyond the finishing stroke at the foot of the vertical left stem and finishes, underneath the following letter "O" of the word "ROSAMILIA", with half a curl which resembles the train of a bridal gown.
